Superbowl Snack

Everyone enjoys wings during the Superbowl, right? Well, have you ever had Jamaican Jerk Wings? As you can see in the images, I prepared the wings in two ways. The first two images reveal the breaded version; the third image reveals the traditional version.

These spicy little wings are the perfect snack during the game. With a blend of spices including ginger, allspice, thyme, black pepper, a special Jamaican Jerk pre-made marinade, a pinch of salt and plenty of red onion.

I seasoned the wings and then battered them in flour seasoned with black pepper for that extra kick. I fried them and then I poured extra Jamaican Jerk marinade on top, then baked them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The recipe is the same for the traditional version sans flour.

They taste wonderful and can be served hot or cold. Either way, both are delicious, and now I am going to sit down and enjoy them during the game.

Culinary Arts and Interior Decorating

My posts on this blog will include some of my beautiful creations with food. Also, before and after shots of rooms I will decorate...from boring to a relaxing retreat...from minimalist to flamboyant. My creations are spontaneous for the most part. Do you think that you can predict what I will create first? Hmm...
